Our grain-free pet meals have no fillers, gluten, artificial flavors, or preservatives. There are no hormones, preservatives, or anything artificial in our meals. It's all about real ingredients in their most natural form. What you see on the label is what's in the bag.

Our freeze-dried pet food products have around a two-year shelf life if they are not opened. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place and use within 60 days for optimal freshness. No refrigeration is necessary. Always reseal the bag tightly after each use to maintain quality.

We take special care to formulate a holistic diet that provides total nutrition. Every pet is different, so transition times vary. To avoid any surprises, we recommend mixing McLovin's Pet food in gradually over a one-week period: start with 25% new food and 75% old food, then increase the ratio every 2 days. This helps your pet's digestive system adjust smoothly. If your pet has a sensitive stomach, extend the transition to 10-14 days. Our quiz can help you pick the right recipe.

At feeding time, McLovin's Pet products must always be served raw — never cook, microwave, or heat them. Serve as-is or hydrate using cool or warm (never hot) water. Our recommended food-to-water ratio is 1:1. For picky eaters, try adding a small amount of warm water to release the natural aroma. Check the feeding guidelines on each product page for portion sizes based on your pet's weight.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes up to 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view order status at any time. Questions? Contact us.

We do not accommodate cancellations after the shipment has been processed. If you would like to cancel immediately after placing an order, we handle the request on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to info@mclovinspet.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Sign up for a subscription and save 20% off every food order plus free shipping on all orders over $75. Our flexible subscriptions allow us to deliver on your pet's eating schedule so you never have to worry about running out of freeze-dried dog food or treats. You can adjust frequency, skip orders, or cancel anytime from your account page.

For subscription orders, billing occurs 2 business days prior to the ship cadence that you selected. Once your preferred payment method is charged, our fulfillment staff gets to work processing the order. You'll receive a confirmation email each time.

From your account page, you can change your shipping addresses, payment info, shipping frequency, or edit the amount or type of food. If you have any trouble, our team is here to help at info@mclovinspet.com.

From your account page, you can pause, skip orders, or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. If you need assistance, contact us at info@mclovinspet.com.

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or above. We ship out orders the same day by 2pm PST any business day. For orders coming in after 2pm PST or over weekends, we send out the shipment the following business day from our California warehouse.

Once processed, orders typically take 2-4 business days in transit, depending on your distance from our warehouse in California. If you're in a rush, we also offer expedited 1-2 business day shipping for an additional fee.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@mclovinspet.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address for you.

Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping right now. But we plan to enable it in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

If for any reason, you or your pet is not happy with your food product, we will make it right and give you a full refund. For any questions on our refund policy, please email us at info@mclovinspet.com. Non-food products can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition. See our full refund policy.

Any unused or unworn non-food products can be exchanged within 14 days. Food products cannot be exchanged due to quality control procedures. However, we are happy to refund or provide store credit. Contact us at info@mclovinspet.com to start the process.
