Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders of $39 above. We ship out orders the same day by 2pm PST any business day. For orders coming in after 2pm PST or over weekends, we send out the shipment the following business day.

Once processed, orders typically take 5-8 business days in transit, depending on your distance from our warehouse in California. If you’re in a rush, we also offer expedited 2-6 business day shipping for a small variable rate based on weight.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. box.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@mclovinspet.com.
